6600 format and addressbook restore

Hello everyone.

I checked out every application I could find, installing it on my 6600. And then I felt really lazy and didn't wanna uninstall all of them so I... well I just formatted my MMC 😃
Bad move.
Now whenever I start my mobile it starts up a few other things that no longer really have their applications (whichever those might have been) and these tasks run in the background, make my phone move really slow and use lots of battery power.

I did a phone format but when I restored the backup I'd made on the MMC it also restored those nasty problems... I just wanna be able to restore my addressbook and my messages w/o connecting it to a computer since my phone's only link to the computer is a card reader (I install software and transfer files to and from it using the mmc)

If anyone has any ideas... or even solutions 😃 maybe about a piece of software that could just archive my contacts and my messages so i could restore them after a format.

Installed Appman (I'm definetely buying this piece of software) and removed the Application Trash that was still in my memory.
/me very happy right now. My mob is finally working as it should. /me promises to do an uninstall on software from now on, not just formats (It's all MS's fault 😃)
