wht should i do when my phone says "start up failed contact the retailer"

if i go to retailer wht amount he will take.

Most likely,you will need to do what the phone says,contact the retailer.

hi! i just bought my 6630 last month. whenever i start my phone, "phone start up failed, contact retailer" appears on the screen. i've tried many times the "3 key combination: dial; star; #3" but it wont start the formatting. can you help me?

I had found a solution from somewhere, switch off,take MMC out phone and switch it on with the two keys pressed (unreleased till phone starts)

try if it works... once worked for me then i quickly took backup of everything, depend on first startup its possiblephone may not start second time through trick.
