Hi all ive installed the demo of v-rally but when i try to uninstall the icon doesnt go away on the phone. It only gave me an option to uninstall part 2 or 2, 1 of 1 wasnt in the uninstall list, can anyone help?

You could try re-installing it. This might "refresh" the uninstall list.
First try restarting your phone. If that dose not help use file management programs e.g. ("Fileman_P800"😉. Then manually delete any V-raly files. These could be found under "System\Apps\Vraly" and "System\Install\vraly.sis"-- this one may not be there as you have already unistalled it. good luck. if dose not help contact me.
Hold your stylus on the Vrally icon for a couple of seconds, then a dialog box will apper and you can delete.
