can anyone tell me a bit more about nokia suite?

Very new to this game and ivenoticed nokia suite come up in various threads.
Anyone shine any light on what it is and how it works.

Nokia Suite is the program u get with the 7650 to connect it to PC to install software, make backups and so on. Unfortunately it doesnt make complete backups of the 7650 memory, for example the midi-sounds and the notes have gone if u restore. And u cant edit the phone book entries which is a bad thing.
Anybody knows a better desktop software? Something like the palm desktop with integrated BackupBuddy to have complete backups?

Freddie666, you may wish to try using your OUTLOOK as your phone, address backup. That is what I did.

I sync with OUTLOOK with PC Suite

I have Outlook only at work, and we still have Win 95 running 😮ops: and Nokia Suite does not support Win 95 as far as I know ... and I have no IR device at work, Win 95 doesnt support USB ... so now I sync my Palm with the office PC (serial), then sync the Palm with my home PC (Win XP, USB) and then import the Palm calender with Nokia Suite (IR) - rather complicated, hehe
