UltraMP3 Skins?

Hi,

Here's some I've made. Some girl one's Britney, J-Lo, Anna Kournikova and a car one.

They are very easy to make once you know how mate. Get yourself the instructions from Lonely Cat Games web site and you'll soon get the hang of it.

Where on the mmc do i place them for Ultramp3 to find them?

Hey,

Your welcome.

Tomsk : Just IR or BT them to your Inbox, open up UltraMP3 and it will detect them and move them to the correct folder mate.

Hi All,

Blimey, I didn't think the Final Fantasy skins would be so popular.

I made those on a request from someone else after I got him to send me the pictures he liked.

I also didn't know there were real people acting as the characters, must be for the japanese market I suppose.

Anyhow, enjoy. I may do the odd request, but not many.

OOPS!!

Looks like you're stuck with everyones orders now!

Maybe a better idea would be to post a begginers tutorial to making our own.

Not sure about anyone else but i couldn't make head nor tail of the instructions that came with ultra mp3

Hi,

There is no dedicated Skin editor for making the MP3 skins guys, all you need is a WinZip program and a paint shop program. I use Paint Shop PRO to good effect.

If you look at a skin file (unzip any skin using WinZip, WinRAR etc.) then you will find four files. 3 Of whcih you leave alone, for now anyway until you are confident maybe to try. It's the .PCX file you want to play with, this is the background picture.
Open this up and alter to suit, now were once again back to our 4 files.
I use WinRar now to make a zip file of all these four files, the only difference is you have to rename the .ZIP to .mp3skin. Create the file and then IR or BT to phones inbox.
Load up MP3 Player and you should be able to browse inbox for new skins, it will then save it to the correct folder on your phone and you can delete the one in your inbox.

Hey Coolice, Lol hate to ask but I remember awhile back (smart launcher days 😊 ) That real cool pink layout that you made for me... can you make a nice pink layout for my UltraMP3? Also, I clicked that link for the tutorial but it didn't work for me.
