anyone can help me with this.....when i receive a call...the party on the other side voice is really soft and i need to strain my ears ....but when i call the same person back....the voice is loud and clear....isn't it supposed to be clear when you make or recieve calls...it has happened quite a number of times....and my p800 is juz barely 2 months old

Sure its not just the network signal quality? You or the person you called back may have just moved into an area with weaker signal, or perhaps your network prioritises signal quality for outgoing calls... I can't really think of another explaination, if the quality is good outgoing then its not a problem with the internal speaker, as far as I'm aware there is no option to alter volume levels for incoming/outgoing just a master call volume.
dont think it is the network signal..cause i receive the call and find it too soft... i will hang up and call the other party at actually the same spot i received the call...but the volume is much louder when i call out...anyone can help...
maybe a bit of a stupid suggestion, but have you tried "pushing" the jogdial up, during the call...?
yup...i did that...the volume was at the max...even turned on the speakerphone...but the volume was still very soft for incoming calls
