6600 on vodafone live

Hi,

I've a 6600 on vodafone live. Is there anyway to change the function of the right hand soft key on this?? (currently stuck as a vodafone live link.....).

Also do vodafone add/remove any software or functions from "there" handsets(other than te above)? and if so is there any way to return it to "standard"?

cheers

Vodafone handsets are completely standard (as nokia intended) and also sim free!

Go to Tools/settings/phone/standby mode and select what you want!😊
After you have changed this, just hold down the 0 button as this connects to vodafone live anyway!

Thanks for that!, you'd have though I would have found that already.

As for being simfree though, are you sure?

I've tried an 02 contract sim card, the phone turns on, I get the nokia screen then the hands animation then the main screen of the phone, no signal on the signal indecator then it turns off after a second or two. Though would it get that far if was locked to vodafone??

Cheers
