I have the backup .vcf file from P900 and the backup/restore application doesn't accept it as a valid backup file. But I can open it after renaming to .zip and extract the contacts.cdb file. But I don't know how to open this .cdb to get the contacts.
Does anybody now how to open the .cdb file?
I appriciate any help on this issue. I miss all my contacts 😞.

bez. If yu dot inside phone it will one by one but if it's inside database I insure yu it will be easy more than imagine. So, if yu have any idea's ??

Try using the UIQ development emulator.Install it,find the .cdb file in the emulator tree and replace it with your own.

Thanks for yu advice I really download UIQ21cppbuilder.zip it was very huge 166MB never mind, I install the package, open the emulator EPOC.EXE
in this path C:\Symbian\UIQ_21\epoc32\release\wins\urel

I don't know the correct path since i don't have the emulator and i can't download it on my 33600 dial up.In order to use it you have to start the emulator and start the contacts app like on the actual device.
