handset manager nokia6600

hi all .
i bought new 6600 nokia phone and i can not copy my contacts using handset manager. the pc views 6600 in range but hanset keep telling : trying to connect to handset ...
the software was working before but now not!!

thank u so much for reply,
i did try to reinstall that software again but same goes again.
then i found that i had to reset the pc clock before date
01-01-2003 !!
so i did and it worked
