after seeing what happened to other people above I was wondering if anyone could help me with a similar problem. I ordered a phone for the same price as the person above. However I bought of a website in italy and used Western union to pay it has been a week and no reply from my emails and now i see the website has been shut down. I understand that my money is probably lost but i have an address of the person but I dont know if that will have any use. Please if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate the help.

File a complaint with your local police department... it will make you feel slightly better.
Again... check the headers of all emails you received from that person... maybe he got sloppy and sent an email from his own ip address... this can be used to identify him.
And yes, tell the police the address of that person. Even though it's probably just somebody standing in for the real scam artist and receiving the money, it could help bring down an entire network of such scammers that use the same person to receive the money.
So you losing money can help other people from losing money 😃
Sorry, that's the only silver lining I can think of.
