Connecting via cable to P800

Hi , i try to coonect to the p800 without success. I have Symbian connect 7 software and the cable data USB. The soft is blocked "Negotiating hardware" status.
Anybody know how i must to config the port com to communicate with the P800?

Well, I only have a prototype and I couldn't get a connection with a Windows 2000 PC through USB cable ...
It seems that I need some extra drivers for that, well, I haven't got any CD from them or something like that.
Do you have them?

The only way to transfer files was through the IR port and a notebook, beaming the files one way to the other...

We have a prototype P800 that came with a USB cradle. The SDK
documentation says that gdb will only work over a serial or IR connection.
No software came with our device. As a result, I am stuck on how to transfer files to the phone.

Where did you get Symbian Connect 7?

Answering my own question, here is a link to that software:

It configures the USB connection to appear like a COM port (mine showed up as COM4). I am using Windows 2000.

I was also able to use QFileMan (install through the .sis) from the Quartz SDK on the P800.
