Bluetooth problem in 3650

Hey guys
this is karan from- india- im having a problem in my 3650
whenever- i switch on- bluetooth- it says "Unable to perform Bluetooth Operation" and if i go the pairing menu and add a new device- it says "System Error", i reset the phone today to the factory settings, but the same problem 😞

I took out the mmc card and then also the same problem 😞

Please help me guys 😞

Try a reformat with *#7370#. Note: All data (messages, contacts, settings, installed apps, etc.) will be gone. Do it only with full battery or on AC. You will need the lock code (default is 12345).

If that doesn't help either, best to take/send it to a Nokia authorized repair center.
