What software do you use with your 9210?

Hi all.

New 9210 user here. I was wondering what software other users were using to sync up to..... Hopefully with more success than I am having using MS Scheduler and Outlook Express. I know Lotus seems to be supported by the Nokia software, but for what I need I dont want to spend heaps on a new office suite of programs. Is there any other (free ware / share ware) software that Nokia can be used with to sync up contacts, phonebook, email addresses and agenda.

I am using MS Scheduler and Outlook Express, with some success, but not a lot. Scheduler is ok but ignores some fields. Nokia software fails to open Outlook Express. Please see my previous post if you can advise - thanks.

Thanks in advance

Glyn.

pardon me but i'm not quite sure i understood - you want to sync your commi with your PC - what's the MS Scheduler for? shouldn't it be the Task Scheduler that comes with the PC Suite? anyways, it only deals with Outlook so maybe you would like to consider using it instead? 😊

Hi there.

MS Scheduler is a Microsoft program I got with an old Windows CE device I got years ago. Its a contacts and calendar program. It works well, but the Scheduler program does not pick up some of the fields in the Nokia, and others are `mapped` to incorrect entries. eg Nokia `Private` addresses become Scheduler `Home` addresses. Nokia `Home` addresses become `Business` addresses in MS Scheduler. Email fields are ignored by Scheduler contacts altogether!
