After converting 100's and 100's of video clips with the standard nokia converter I have jsut come across the converter pro programme,now how pissed off am I?

Now I have convert all of my clips again, so they are larger with teh custom setting!
HOW THICK ARE THOSE PRATS AT NOKIA, THEY SHOULD OF INCLUDED IT WITH THE DISC, OR AT LEAST ON THE DOWNLOADS PAGE ON THER WEBSITE, INSTEAD OF HAVING IT IN THE FORUM SECTION!
