alarm and message alert

can i change the alarm alert cos it is very soft and also can i set the message alert just to vibrate without any sound

Unfortunately, you can not change the alarm sound, because you can not change the attributes of ROM Z:, even using eFileManager...
About message alert, you can set Silent mode and activate vibration. Note that when you receive a call, your phone will vibrate, not only with messages.

You can create a new sound file, with no notes in it. Then change that to as your Message Tone.

for the message tone there is one option "Off"

with these there will be no sound for message
