how do u set this up on a 6600 on pay as u go O2 sim????

For Opera to work, O2's "pay as u go" subscription must allow for GPRS Internet Access Point use. If that subscription only allows GPRS WAP, it won't work. Ask O2's customer service (they should be able to tell if that subscription supports GPRS Internet access or not, and presumably also send the configuration settings as a text message).
If the subscription doesn't support GPRS Internet access, then you need to switch to a different one, or a different operator.
