when i use the little piece deliverd with my nokia and i connect it to a headset i bought it only plays on one side of the headset so when i listen to my mp3's i got mono sound
i also tried it with the headset nokia delivers with the n gage
but there i got the same problem only mono sound
what should i do?????
is my phone fucked up or is there something wrong with my settings.

There must be some problem with your phone, as mine sounds stereo no problem.
the volume, that's a more normal problem, as it doesn't sound very loud usually, but you can use cooledit and simply turn the volume of the mp3 file up.
can't help you....maybe the file itself is only mono but dunno. sorry

I had the same problem with the head set that you get with the n gage, but when i jiggled the wire at the botom, near the phone, it fixed and i had stereo again.
I think this happend because someone who borrowed my n gage chewed the wire 😡 or mabey it was the connectors in the phone, no way to find out now though as i sold it a while ago.
