i have a next base portable dvd player which is sold under the joytech brand http://www.joytech.net/gb/products/index.php?product=62
and im having trouble with the parental lock.No matter what setting i put it on it makes no difference when i put a dvd in .There is a choice of 8 settings from kid safe to adult numbered from 1 - 8 , i think how it works is that if you insert a disc with a rating higher then the one selected you have to input the code to view it , is this right ? perhaps only certain discs support this .Any help would be great .
