can anyone help me,i have an n-gage. installed a program on my phones internal memory (not the mmc card) and the program has caused my phone not to work, hence me not being able to erase the program through FEXPLORER or MANAGER. how can i erase the program from the phones memory without using the phone ? i tried using the usb connection but it only displays the mmc card data in MY COMPUTER. i really need help or advice as my phone is about as useful as a door wedge now that i cant use it.

n-gage internal memory format
Warren the easiest thing without getting blood on your hands(metaphoricaly speaking) is to take your n-gage to the nokia center and let them flash it for you.
Have you tried starting in 'safe mode', this should bypass starting up the program which is fuc#ing your phone and you then may be able to deactivate & remove it.
safe mode is activated by holding down the 'pencil' key during startup.
Also, do you have bluetooth enabled - you could try connecting over bluetooth then use a PC filemanager which would show your phones memory. www.epochware.com do a good one, hopefully it'll work on the n-gage.

it was terrible mistake. installing MiniGPS, patch for sms on MMC. And then system error!!. Now, i can't press anything on my n-gage, but it can start. How can i re-installed system on my n-gage without going to nokia care or something like that.
