Anyone knows how can i prevent my Nokia6600 from turning its light off after 15 secs?Is there any software or any settings i miss?

AFAIK there is no such option. But if there was then you would go through 2 battery charges a day.
FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/), which you should get anyway, has a feature (Tools menu) to turn the backlight on and keep it on for as long as FExplorer is running in the background.
There's also a small app called Torch that does the same thing, but it is dedicated to just displaying a blank/white screen with the backlight on (a flashlight or torch feature of sorts).
With both, don't exit them, but leave them in the background by pressing the menu key to switch away from them.
