What should i do in order to view java apps on my 9290. i have the american version.

Java and javascript are very different beasts. If you mean javascript, the standard 92xx webbrowser has partial javascript support, but the Opera browser has much better support although takes up space on the MMC. If you mean Java then only apps written in MobileJava are usable (a special cut down version for use on mobile devices).
