Best encoding settings?

What are the best settings for encoding a movie for the smartmovie player? quality is what I'm looking for........also, what bitrate should the mp3s be in? I dont want to have a higher bitrate song just for the heck of it....all I want is what is the best bitrate setting for the n-gage?

Try 96 to 128 Kbps Video and 24Kbps 22Khz Audio.Thread closed.
