Avec Radio

I've never tried that, but i did buy a radio handsfree off ebay, which is a normal hands free, with a radio built in.

cuddlers89: What radio handsfree did you buy? And is it compatible with the 6600? I mean... does it do all it should do as in play radio, stop playing radio when you're receiving a call and restart afterwards?

• Has two headphones
• Has a clip which attaches to the 6600 to go around your neck so it doesn't get lost or stolen
• Has lovely flashing lights when you get a call, these are not powerd by the battery it uses the radiation generated from your phone

I doesn't say a make, on the front it says radio handsfree, andi've lost the box.

If you look on the sellers feedback, up near the top somewhere, it will say their actuall location.

@Cuddlers89 so are you saying that just d/l the 'avec radio' software is not enough for listening to the radio on the 6600 you need some hardware as well?
I've been trying to get this thing to work for a few days now with no success, could you or anybody else who as used this proggy explain just how you get to listen to the radio? I've got GPRS, what i'm I doing wrong? :? :?

I've never used avec radio.

You do not need hardware to run Avec Radio. It is a software that utilises the Internet via GPRS (= $$$$$). It runs using real player format. Until now I am unable to use avec radio altho I can update the preloaded links. It just would not stream the radio. However, if I copy the rstp:// address onto a computer I can get streaming. Seemed that it does not run on 6600 :icon13:
