When you charging your phone do you turn it off or just let it turn on
and if i turn it on while charging are there any side effect for the phone itself???

Have you tried reading the manual ... I seem to remember it talking about the implications (i.e RTFM)
There were no side effect. I alway charge my phone while it's ON mode in office. But it would be better to charge it on OFF mode for best effect.
I guess there isn't really anything wrong with charging with the phone on, other than the fact that it might take longer to charge. It would depend on whether you need to use the phone while you're charging it. In my case, short of the less than one minute it takes to reboot the phone, or if I'm in the OT or on a plane, my phone's on all the time. Have been doing it with all my phones and haven't had a problem.

OK here's a question: If I go to bed at night and leave my 7650 on the charger is it bad for the battery? ie. will it fry the battery once it continues to charge an already full battery, or, once charged does it automatically stop charging?
And no there is no mention of this in the manual...in fact I have found the manual somewhat lacking the battery care department.
Leave it on charge over night, it'll be fine 😉
Unlike the old charger technology, it will deep dry the batt. Fear no more my friend, our phone or in fact most NOKIA phones are smart enough to auto cut off the current once the Batt is fully charged
