No menu bar :( (Hello World)

Installed MSVC++ 6, sp5.
Downloaded sdk 1.0 (ages and ages ago).

When I compile hello world (for both phone and emulator) it doesn't show the menu bar (or associated panes when pressing the hotkeys).

I hate getting stuck at the HelloWorld stage 😞

Check that you have set correct rect settings for your container.

Thanks Fuse,

I used the Hello World supplied with the sdk, (both v0.9 and v1.0) and have not modified the code, so those settings _should_ be correct else I'd be a very unhappy camper.

Any other ideas?
