PC Suite 1.1.0 (my phone came with 1.0.0)

Hadn't noticed any posts on it, just looking at the nokia site today and noticed it was there.

I downloaded the 1.1.0 version in the hopes that it would work better (my 1.0.0 kept getting some fatal error when I tried it on winXP). But after I installed it, when I checked it still said 1.0.0. Perhaps I should have un-installed my 1.0.0 first.

If you tray to install a version of PCSuite that is no newer than the one you have already the you get an information box telling you so and the program then terminates without installing.
Therefore I removed my 1.0 version and installed the so called 1.1 version of the web site only to find that it reports that it is 1.0 and certainly acts no differently.

Um... I'm not sure if its due to any other factors but the downloaded version seems even more unstable than the one that came on the CD with my phone. Kept crashing my whenever windows it booted up.

Yes I also found the CD ROM to work much better on my 2nd install now and has been stable for 4 weeks with my MA 620 kit !

I found it best to create a new XP user soley for the suite and it is happy atm ,...

anyone in doubt give this a try and let me know if it helps !
