I've installed it on my xp home box.
One bug to report so far - fast user switching does not work. Nothing happens when trying to log in as another person. I find I now have to log out completely. Pretty annoying.
Have you installed XP Service Pack 2?

i installed the beta earlier this month, had to uninstall it as my cd drives refused to record
Reinstalled and fast user switching works now, but I've lost my visual style support from my patched uxtheme.dll
Tried putting the old one in - no good. ARGH,.a.sdf.
