Does anyone have any problem with the Multimedia Converter supplied with the CD-ROM that comes with the 9290? I open the file and try to convert ANYTHING, even the sample music files that come with windows XP, and the program crashes. Nokia's highly tech minded answer to my half-hour-on-hold question was that it must be my computer rejecting the software LOL I told them I noticed on the forums a lot of people seem to have the same problem. Is there any other conversion software out there? I'm thinking maybe an XP issue or something?

Use the nokia web site ford latest version. I will recommend you the pro version 😉
