I Think my Avangarde-Theme is much better then the N66-Theme from Mango 😉

i havent bought it, i've rebuild it. this theme will never be found for an download, cause i don't know what is with any copyright.
a replica couldnt have a replica, ich haent used any original grafic, it all new made by me.
but i hate it to make icons urrghs...

you only chage ONE colour... the shape it's the same...
no matter if you bought that theme or not... you capture images that are not yours to create a very very little change of colour...
so please, stop doing that... because you are stealing intelectual property...
and yes you are using original graphics... without that screenshot at Mango you might not have created that theme, so be careful ...

i know you are the master of the themes, and i�ve the biggest respect for you, but your argument are not totally right. i hvent taken the screenshots, ich used them as a form ( i dont know how to say, sorry)
only i use the theme, i don't share it, so i�m save.
my opionion is: when somebody want the theme he should buy it, or isnt he good in desgn, so he schould buy it from mango.
iam good enough for me to build and use them. ive only shown, that therse a way to get them, i haven�t shown a manual, i hevent posted my material, ich have postet only screenshots from ia theme wich im used.
mango has no damage, you have no damage. a damage happend, when theres a financial loosing, but theres nothing. 8 � is me too much, 3 � for a theme is okay, that where the price i would pay mango for my self made green variant
so i will be pay for a theme wich has captured my time, my work etc.
okay i say ve stolen the idea, but thats not a criminal happening, cause theres is no patent on it. the copyrights from mango say not, that im not allowed to rebuild them! no law in the world forbit me that for personal using.

don't worry you don't get any problem if you don't share themes using stealing designs or selling copyrighted material...
Anyway, try to be more original even for personal use, and if you said that you are good enought, so do it projects from cero ... and then share that themes to check you skill ... i am sure you can do new original nice themes...

I have just re-read the previous post about HOW he "re-built" the theme.
I know alot about copyright and there is one thing to overrule the copyright!
Do it as follow!
1. Make 7 changes in the design
2. Make sure there are no logo's or other things that make an connection to mangothemes
3. Give the theme an totally different name.

Dodgy subject copyrights.
What about copyrights attached to the pictures used in theme's? Do any of us have permission by the owners to use them?
I know I never have for any of mine, or did you ask Vanessa personally if you could use her pictures?! :tongue:
If something isn't an exact replica, namely everything the same, colour's etc., then nothing can be said about it.
Even the icons used are already about somewhere, just colour changed.
Really difficult subject to talk about I feel, whatever gets done has already been done somewhere most probably.
