OK, this morning i was browsing on my 3650, when it started going really sluggy, so I powered down the phone, and when i tried to turn it on again, it would put the backlight on, and display the nokia logo, and then the screen flickered and the logo went, and came back, and went, about 5 times. then the backlight turned off. If I plug the phone in to charge, it does exactly the same, thing, but with the backlight off. I know this prob means the OS is corrupt, so is there anything i can try before sending it back to O2?

If it is less than a year old Nokia will just re-flash the phone for free. No need to send it back to O2.
Look at www.nokia.com and then the customer service section to find out your nearest CNSP, they will most prob look at while you wait.
They might, if they are feeling nice that day ask if you want your data backing up. Then again they might not, so hope you backed it up before if went all corrupt!
OK, as for the nokia shop place, I live in Orkney so there ain't anyhting like that nearby. I got the phone from O2 on contract about 2 months ago, so should they reflash it for free? As for backing up, the only file on the actual phone storage that I would need is contacts.cbd, and I backup that up a few weeks ago, but a copy of what is there now would be nice. Is there no way in which I could give this a go from here? Or dya reckon it could be anything else?

O2 might not have the equipment required to reflash, however they may either replace the phone, or send it off to Nokia for you on your behalf.

OK, have called nokia, and they have said that they will send me a new phone, but they have no 3650s in, so i can have any other phone up the value of £50 (on a contract), like YEAH, SURE, I want a non-smartphone!!!! the 6600 is £130, and i could demand that from them, but I don't want that POS anyway. My mate has the Flash cable for the 3650, where can i download the flashing utility, and will this work?
