I've just got my 6600 last week, and it is a pleasant change from my good 'ol P800 (which I still love!). I have a slight little problem with it (and I did a fast search, but nothing really came up...), namely that the screen backlight is working fine, but the key backlighting isn't. It just doen't work. Al all. I know it worked before, because I remember being pleasantly surprised by the brightness of it.
Am I missing an easy-to-find feature here (and I'm just to stupid to find it), or is my 6600 broken already?
I believe the backlight is standard....
You might need to have it sent back to the retailer (if still warrantied) and have them fixed or replace with a new one.

It happen to me once, but after it was alright after i delete a few software that i've installed. Sorry i dun remember which software that i've deleted.

As bizarre as i thought this post sounded at first,it could (slim chance tho) be an install error,as the key area backlight is on a different circuit to the screen(and as such lights slighty later than the screen).
Try uninstalling,or back up (You did back up already didnt you! lol)
IMO
1/10 This is the problem.
9/10 the phone is faulty.
