on installing and opening the program, it says "all folders", but doesn't find my swf file, which folder is it looking in? coz it doesn't run a search, and i've tried putting it in the "media > documents" and "media > other" but they're not found their,

try and find the flash movie (.swf) somewhere else on your phone, eg in messages or in storage manager under file, then open that and it should all open from there.
