Flash the nokia 3650

OK, a mate has the data cable for the 3650, but where can i download the flashing utility and the Series 60 OS? Thanks.

You can't flash the 3650 with a data cable.You need a DCT4 flasher box.The firmware is not in the public domain so you can't download it anywhere,legally.

ok then where can i get a DCT4 flasher box and how much would it cost?
(and then if i get my hands on the flashing utility and the Series 60 OS will i be able to flash my phone??)

Those that are sold cost a few hundred euros, and only through illegal sources can you get ROM images. You will find no support for illegal activities on this forum.

Much easier and cheaper to have your phone flashed at the nearest authorized Nokia service center.
