Make sure that you're using:

a) JPG
b) Make sure that JPG file is Internet Compatable (for some reason some aren't)
c) make sure that the file isn't too big (although I doubt that this is the case)

To change the skins on an A920/A925 you first have to load the phone skins on to your phone (Not memory card)

You can find the Toothpaste & Lunchbox skins on the CD
There are also 2 others that can be found at http://www.three4less.com/skins/ called Metallic & Clouds photo skin

Conect your phone to your computer using desktop suite and click on the My A920 (or A925 depending on what phone you have)

then click on these folders
C: / documents / Media Files / other / phone skins

Copy the phone skins into the folder.

To change between the different phone skins
click on the phone icon
click on Settings
click on Display

This will bring up a popup box and you will be able to change your phone skin
