Hi,
I think that the GUI on the 9210 is bit slow and has started experimenting with lowering the number of colors by editing the wsini.ini.
Has someone tried it and what was the results/sideeffects?
Faster GUI
Now I have tried to put a modified wsini.ini on my c-drive and resetting the 9210. Unfortunately it ignores my file (or settings) and uses 4096 colors instead.
I guess it could be intresting in other areas as well to be able to bypass files on the z-drive.
Any one with ideas?
A lot of people seem to want to bypass different files which are on the z drive. This can be used to change most of the settings on the 9210, like programs that are started upon boot, nr of colors in gui, etc.
If someone knows a way to do this please tell us how!
Out of interest....would the new versions for the firmware speed up applications and syncing do you think?
