Recently I had a problem with my N-GAGE :" error programs ", I decided to format it ( its internal memory) & so I do by *#7370#, it asked me to confirm format,& 12345, & it restarted but my internal memory still without any touch, my contacts still there etc.. Before formating it was 2.1MB, & still like that after formating ( didn't become 3.8MB)
I used the prog. System Tools from PSILOC to format it too, &it doesnt work, Tried by Tools--->System--> restore to default config., & still the internal memory without any touch !!!
I putted my Memory card, My Prog. & Games appears for a while in the menu, & after using the phone for some minutes all disppeared until I restart the phone again... I formatted the memorycard too, installed the prog. again, But the "Error messege still there"!!! What should I do?

That is not true. *#7370# should erase phone memory.
Thats weird. After formatting my N-Gage everything was back to 'out of box'. Like it should be. Maybe you need to take it back to NSC.
Thats well wierd, never heard of that problem before. Royal21's right id take it NSC if i were you. Out of interest what apps did you have installed and what was the exact error on the phone?
