My 6600 only types numbers, no letters. Any idea what causes this, and how to correct this?

Deactivate Wildskinz and uninstall it.
If you have already uninstalled it then reinstall it.
Activate - deactivate - uninstall
All will be well again and stay clear of wildskinz...
