firmware prob

The firmware shouldn't have been a problem. I recently lost a 7650 with firmware version 3.16. My replacement has v5.06 and I had no problem restoring my backup from my old phone.

The nokia tones in v5.06 are still in the same place on the Z: partition of the memory. It sounds like they may not have upgraded it properly. Sorry I can't be of more help. Have you tried going back to where it was upgraded and asking them about it?
