it the phone signs ERROR...what??? :?

No built-in support for animated screensavers. Such require a separate application; search the shop for it (I think Psiloc makes one): http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/shop/
Note that such a screen saver will run your battery empty [much?] quicker.
