P900 TDK Bluetooth COM ports

I am trying to get the PC Suite to work over Bluetooth.

My TDK software tells me I should indicate COM4 when identifying the port to communicate over.

However when I select mRouter Properties, I can't see a COM4. There are 2 Bluetooth ports listed, COM 1000 and COM 1003 but no COM 4.

What can I do to make this work?

try choosing any of them, and try connecting, as I don't think you need to connect using COM4 only, unless the dongle is locked to use this port (which I doubt)
