qd is still not in the market:P
It is not an "upgrade", but a parallel, cheaper model with some new functionality and some missing compared to the original N-Gage.
And, as Ismail said, it has been announced, but it is not shipping yet (i.e., you can't buy it yet, as it is not for sale yet), so there's no way to know how it is selling.
