general: already in use! Error

Try changing the theme to something else (eg. default theme) then delete. If still cannot, off the phone, then on it again and try delete.

where do i find the sms in the phone i.e via Fexplore t rename it! cause remember i can open it (starts to install)

I had that similar problem too, but instead of a theme, it was an agile messenger. I wasn't able to sort it out. I just reformatted my fon. :frown:
