Formatting MMC Card????

Hey guys deos any one know how to format a MMC card ?

Cause I have this app instaled and I when i try to remove it, cause it keeps freezing my phone....

Go to

Menu --> Extras --> Memory --> Option --> Format mem. card

Though I would recommend that you get a card reader - does it faster and with less chance of errors. There've been times that the format fail.......when I tried to format the MMC with the phone :?

how do i do it through the reader ????

You have to purchase it seperately. I'm not sure if you can format it through the PC Suite - if you could that would effectively be the same as formatting it using the phone like I suggested.
