Is it possible to exchange files between the 2 with infared?

At least you can transfer images! I took some picture with the 7650 and transfered them into Imaging on the 9210 without problemos! So I suppose, you should be as well able to transfer other files.

I was asking because I know someone who has a 7650 and a9210i but don't has infared or bluetooth.

Normal files can be transferred as well. Because I can't get a connection between my 7650 and PC, I transfer .SIS files to my 9210 and beam them from there to the 7650.

So yes, it is possible to do all sorts of jiggery pockery with Infra Red between the two.

Does the 7650 has a file manager or sth. similar? I only briefly tested the camera and then transferred the picture to my 9210. Didn't check the rest so accurately.

If you use an app like SeleQ, you can beam any file over to the 9210. Just remember to select "Receive via Infra Red" on the 9210 first.
