why do you have to put in the headphones when u wanna listen to the radio through the speakers,i just dont get this .... :? :?
Radio and Headphones Q.
The headphone cord does double-duty as the FM radio aerial/antenna. The antenna for the cellular network isn't designed to pick up FM radio signals.
The short (5cm?) adaptor cable that's intended for use as an adaptor for other headphones works ok as an aerial, I use that when I want to listen to the radio on the speaker.
