to convert a word epoc or excel epoc file to windows
2000/97/95 file, it
always display that converter not found. Pls help me what
file should I
restore from my Back Up Archives and how will I install
that Office

Install office "viewer3.sis" again... that do the trick for me.

I do not know what file you must restore. If this was my problem I�d format the device again, and when you had installed the data.sis packs then test all the original functions first, and after this restore the rest of the apps.
I recommend you that make a copy of all your data on the MMC.
Anyway perhaps somebody can help you on this forum.

There is an "office converter" app. on the system memory, seperate to the file viewer 3. It seemed to be auto installed with the software on the nokia site, the "all_nokia one. Try a reboot but use the sftware from nokias' website rather than the c.d. It might help.
Re-installing word.sis (v2) should re-install all the converters.
Tenx guys... I have just reinstalled the word.sis and sheet.sis and the converter worked already...
