playing aac files

The only Series 60 device that can play AAC files with the builtin player is the N-Gage.The is not third party AAC player.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Whatever an AAC file actually goddam is, that must be the loosest audio standard on the planet, no 2 AAC files are the same and I've yet to encode one that the N-Gage will play.

I've been using AAC files for a while now,and its the best audio compression i've ever encountered and its a very tight standard. The problem is people are not well informed. There is mpeg2 AAC(The one that the N-Gage can play) and mpeg4 AAC(I-Tunes).Mpeg4 AAC or m4a can't be played on the N-Gage.

I use easy CD-DA extractor 7.0 for conversion and its great.
