I've been waiting for 6620 to be released here in the US following every thread to get a clue on a concrete release date however when I saw the 7610 I was marveled by its style, camara and the joystick. I know it has no EDGE but I want to use it for goboy and nintendo games, it seems to me that since it looks like a DPAD that it is better joystick for games thatn the 6620's or the 6600's. Anybody that has tried these phone and maybe these programs I'd appreciate your opinion, is it worth the longer wait for 7610 to come to the US or should just snatch the 6620 as soon as it arrives. Any concrete release info would be great also, like is the 7610 Q2 release for US or the rest of the world?

it looks like a really cool pad for games. I'm waiting for the 7610 too, looks sweet !! i've got a 7650 atm and looking to upgrade to it, looks ALOT better than the fat ass 6600/6620. + it's alot thinner. i'm not sure if the 6600 is blue but the blue backlight keypad looks pretty hot on the 7610. anyway i think it'll be released in Australia around July (just a guess). not sure about other countries, maybe late June/ealy July for US

However, if one has to choose between the 6600 and the 7610, the 7610 key resembles the one in the 3650/3600, but is much better (accurate), but personally I still like the joystick style in the 6600 better (but, as mentioned, the 7650 joystic is the best of all so far).
I had the 6800 and the joystick on the 6620/6600 looks exactly the same as that one. That was one of the things that I could not stand about the 6800, my finger would hurt after a while and it was hard to move up then side or vice versa quickly enough. Perhaps the 6620 is a little softer, I'm going to go to T-Mobile store today and try out the 6600 but still its not the same as when you actually play a game like mario brothers. I realize the Ngage is good but I tried it out and it just seems to bulky and UNPHONISH to carry around as a phone. Well from what you guys are telling me I'm getting the idea to wait until 7610 comes. So is the second quarter release date for US? I know it just got approved by FCC so I hope it is.
