but when i transfer it to my phone the some are very loud but some are very slow

The slow ones are quiet because of the tone of the wav,the speaker hasnt got the frequency. 😡
You can also use a WAV editor like Audacity (find it on htt://www.sourceforge.net/) to change their loundess and any other aspect before you transfer them to the phone.
use the default sound recorder of the windows os to increase the volume.

if this Audacity can make wav file sounds louder, then can it makes midi file sounds louder also???
Audacity handles WAV (waveform audio) files, not MIDI files.
There are MIDI editors out there, too. Try googling for them.

how do i use this audacity software? i dunno how 2 use it? pls teach me.....
Install it. Run it. Open a WAV file. Select a section or all. Select "Amplify" from the "Effect" menu. Repeat as necessary. Save.
For further details, select the "Online Help..." option from the "Help" menu and read on.
