uninstallation of s/w.

hi guys,

i am new to this forum and would like to ask how to uninstall the s/w that I downloaded on my Nokia 3660 like the Full screen caller id, IR remote etc.
Please help me

Run "Manager" (App Manager), select the program you wish to uninstall, then select "Remove".
